Digital Tech Summit
All Danish universities, including Aalborg University, join forces for the Nordic region's largest research and tech fair, Digital Tech Summit. During two days in November and December, the leading research environments, technology companies, and start-ups will meet to discuss the latest breakthroughs and form new partnerships.
30.11.2021 kl. 09.00 - 01.12.2021 kl. 20.00
Artificial intelligence, quantum computing and machine learning are transforming our world and will become the next game-changer for Danish companies. Being a leader in digital technologies is crucial for both individual companies and Denmark's competitiveness.
This is why the entire community of Danish universities now join forces with the Danish ICT Industry Association (IT-Branchen) and The Media House of Technology (Teknologiens Mediehus) to create a focal point for showcasing the latest research and a large number of businesses and start-ups driving the digital development in Denmark and the Nordic region.
On 30 November and 1 December 2021, they will host the largest research and tech fair in the Nordic region, Digital Tech Summit. As the largest IT university in Denmark, Aalborg University is an obvious partner in the consortium.
MEET LEADING EXPERTS
When around 5000 visitors are welcomed in Øksnehallen/the DGI City in Copenhagen, they will get a chance to meet and connect with the most talented and renowned experts in their fields, including leading researchers from Aalborg University. This will happen as part of more than 60 technical sessions.
Ninety exhibiting companies, including Maersk, AMBU, and 3Shape, will also present their latest technological solutions and invite job candidates for a talk. Brand new business ideas are presented in the start-up corner
The keynote speaker is the Vice-chair of the European Commission, Margrethe Vestager, who will share her visions for a strong European digital leadership through targeted research and technology-based initiatives, focusing in particular on how we develop and use AI.
Among the conference's main sponsors are IDA (The Society of Danish Engineers) and the Otto Mønsted Foundation. They support the concept that researchers, companies, and visitors get the unique opportunity to meet and create new innovative solutions.
