AI-ML - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI·ML) team brings together researchers from all four sections of the Department of Computer Science at Aalborg University.
About AI-ML
The AI·ML team comprises researchers from six research groups, representing a broad section of artificial intelligence and machine learning and spanning from foundational theory to real-world systems:
- Automated Systems Verification and Validation
- Data Engineering, Science and Systems
- Human Augmentation and Collaboration
- Natural Language Processing
- Probabilistic and Symbolic AI
- Web Science and Engineering
The research addresses both fundamental questions and applied challenges across domains such as intelligent transport systems, energy and climate, bio-science and digital health, the green transition, and oceanography. Much of this work is carried out in close collaboration with industry, public institutions, and other research partners.
